For Placing an Order
Products shown on website are from inventory stock. If you want to place a quantity order of any design then please mail us at info@shankarsilvex.com by using item code no. for the design reference.

Mode of Payment
Payment can be done via 3 methods.
1.    PAYPAL, our paypal ID is pearlindia2000@hotmail.com

2.    BANK TRANSFER, when you get register in our website and place an order.     There, when you select payment via Bank Transfer and proceed. Then you will     automatically get an e-mail described all your purchase and all relevant bank details.

NOTE: Please instruct your Bank to mention Bank Charges as "OUR", so that we can receive the entire amount of the Invoice. Otherwise we will remove the stuff of the same amount deducted as Bank Charges.

Our Prices
The prices quoted in this website are free on board (F.O.B.) Jaipur, India. Customers have to take responsibility for all import duties assessed against their goods in the destination country. All Prices mentioned are per piece price. Our prices are very competitive as we are manufacturer of all kind of sterling silver jewelry and our main aim is to provide all beautiful designs to our precious customers direct from factory at best price.

Production Timing
Normally it takes approx three weeks time to make an order ready. Very particular or rare stones might not always be immediately available and can take 1-5 days more to provide them. In this case we will contact you by mail. We have capacity to produce 20,000 pieces in a month.

Stones
Stones are a natural product and can vary up to 10% in size or weight.

Customized Jewelry
We do custom designing as well as per our customer’s choice, if you want to make your own designs, you can send us that design picture or sketch and preferred stone names. Mail us at info@shankarsilvex.com

Delivery Schedule
The delivery schedule depends upon the shipping mode, as guaranteed by the Shipping Companies. By Speed Post: Normal time taken is between 7 to 8 working days. By Air Freight: Normal time taken is between 5 to 7 working days to the destination airport.

Shipping, Insurance and Other Applicable Charges
The price mentioned is F.O.B. Jaipur India. The customer has to bear the cost for Shipping, Insurance and Other Applicable Charges (Import Duties, V.A.T. etc.) for the destination country.
